For My Body

Ever since I can remember myself I’ve been doing some sort of activity, swimming / running / martial arts and so on… I open this section to find new ways to improve and try new stuff along the way. I believe that there is always a way to get even better and get control over your body and not letting it control you! I will try to give you guys some insights of what I do for my body so you can take what is good for you.
